Methodology
This index is currently a placeholder. The route, schema, methodology
panel, and embed mechanism are live, but no country scores have been
verified against the cited sources yet. Country values are not displayed.
When populated, the index will combine:
• Stanford HAI AI Index national readiness composites, and
• OECD AI Policy Observatory policy-action counts,
normalised to a 0–100 scale per metric per year. Cross-year comparison
assumes equal weighting and is informative, not definitive. Countries
without a published value in a given year are omitted (not estimated).
